Although it had previously been announced that Disney is building a resort in Hawai`i, the name had not been revealed yet. For those of you who may not know, Disney is currently building a resort in Ko Olina, Hawai`i. The resort will reside on 21 acres of oceanfront property and will feature 360 hotel rooms and 481 DVC villas. This will be a new business venture for Disney as a standalone resort located off property.

This website features the reveal of the new resort name and logo, along with a number of sketches, renderings, photographs of the construction site, a virtual flyover of the 3D model, additional information about the resort, and an option for guests to sign up for future resort updates.

I was brought in late and was able to get the Disneyland® Holiday site up in time to coincide with the giant media campaign… maybe you’ve seen some of the commercials.  I built all the flash on the site except the dropdown navigation, props to the rest of the team for helping me out with these crazy deadlines :-)
