After 3 weeks and four wins we entered the playoffs with high hopes. We had just come off beating the #1 undefeated team in the league and were looking forward to a championship run. However, luck was not on our side and we were shut out for the first time all year, losing the to the Purple Monkey Dishwashers 0 - 3. It was a great season and I’d definitely like to play with Team Awesome again. We finished the season 5-4 with the most runs for in the league and I think that’s just AWESOME.
